These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services by Bcult. de Oliveira Haddouche. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms:

• Conclusion of contract: A contract is formed once the customer places an order in the online shop and receives a confirmation.
• Prices: All prices are stated in CHF. According to Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act, Bcult. de Oliveira Haddouche is currently not subject to VAT.
• Shipping: Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by Swiss Post. International shipments are handled by DHL Express (Delivered Duty Paid); customers do not pay customs or import fees.
• Payment: Payments are made in advance using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
• Right of withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.
• Jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
• Late payment: In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.
