By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Conclusion of contract:<\/strong> A contract is formed once the customer places an order in the online shop and receives a confirmation.<\/li><li><strong>Prices:<\/strong> All prices are stated in CHF. According to Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act, Bcult. de Oliveira Haddouche is currently not subject to VAT.<\/li><li><strong>Shipping:<\/strong> Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by Swiss Post.
